Maesglas is a spacious 16^th Century detached white washed stone cottage which has a wealth of character with its beams and inglenook fireplace. Whilst retaining most of its original features, Maesglas offers all the modern conveniences you could wish for to make your stay a comfortable, warm and enjoyable experience. It is surrounded by fields and hills and set on a working hill farm with its own waterfall and stream nearby. As well as the sheep and cattle who roam the fields outside the cottage, you will see an abundance of wild life. Relax in the garden and watch the birds as they build their nests and feed their young.

The market towns of Machynlleth, Dolgellau and Welshpool are all within easy reach for you to explore as are the beaches of Aberdyfi, Barmouth and Borth. Climb Cader Idris or Snowdon, cycle at Coed y Brenin, take a ride on the beautiful Talyllyn Railway, walk the golden beaches of Aberdyfi or bounce underground at Llechwedd slate mines.
