Terms and Conditions
(1) Maesglas Respect should be shown towards the cottage, out-buildings, garden, stream and farm animals at all times. Parents are responsible for their children who play at their own risk.
(2) Pets Pets are welcome on the understanding that they are kept under strict control, and are not permitted upstairs or on any of the furniture. They are not to be left unattended at Maesglas and any damages caused by your pet will be charged for.
(3) Deposit and Balance. A 25% deposit is required when booking. Please pay the balance 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. The price includes all linen, electricity, heating and an initial supply of logs for the wood burner.
(4) Cancellation and Insurance. Your deposit is non-refundable once you have confirmed your booking. If you are unable to take your holiday and it cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay the balance therefore we recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
(5) Guests No more than 6 guests may stay at the cottage.
(6) Arrival and departure Maesglas will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please confirm your time of arrival two days prior to your arrival. Please be ready to leave Maesglas by 10am on the day of departure and leave the cottage clean and tidy.
(7) Damages and breakages. Please take care of the cottage and its contents. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages caused. Please report as soon as they occur.
(8) Liability. No liability shall be accepted by the owners for loss, damage or theft of personal property belonging to the guests, nor shall liability be accepted by the owners for accident or injury to guests, either within or outside the property.
(9) Internet –Wifi . Guests are respectfully asked to conform to fair and safe usage. It would also be advisable to have your own antivirus package installed on your personal machine.
(10) Access Statement An access statement can be provided upon request.
